This Privacy Statement is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Use for the Site. By using theSite, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the terms set forth in this Privacy Statement, you may not use our Site.
This Privacy Statement applies only to information collected through our Site, and it does not govern any information you may provide to us by phone, fax, email, submission of online forms outside of our Site,information submitted to us by our list management clients, or otherwise. This Privacy Statement does not govern the use of any consumer email lists, list rental services, list management services, or other products or services offered by R1D Media Group to its business customers (business customers may request R1D Media Group’s Marketing List Privacy Policy by sending an email to info@r1dmediagroup.com. “PII” means “personally identifiable information,” which is information that identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us (including without limitation your name, address, email address, telephone number, or other personal information). “Non-PII” means “non-personally identifiable information” or other information which alone does not identify you (however, in some circumstances it may be possible for Non-PII to be combined with PII in order to identify a specific individual). We sometimes refer to both PII and Non-PII in this Privacy Statement as “Information.”
Optional Voluntary Information. In order to request information about R1D Media Group, to opt-out of our marketing lists, or to otherwise contact us through our Site, you may be required to voluntarily submit certain PII such as your name and email address. Contacting us through our Site is purely optional, so you are not required to submit any PII through our Site if you do not wish to contact us in this manner (for example you could choose to call or email us instead).
Usage Data. R1D Media Group may track user traffic patterns and content accessed throughout our Site. This information allows us to better tailor our content to our users' needs and to help us better understand our audience.
Information Sent to Us by Your Web Browser. Our Site provides the means for you to be removed from R1D Media Group’s marketing lists (including names and contact information received from locations other than this Site).
